By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Once you place your order, it can take up to 7 business days (excluding weekends) to ship out.  Shipping takes 3-5 business day but varies due to COVID-19 and Holidays. International orders take up to 1-3 weeks. Tracking numbers will be sent via email. Always double check your address before submitting your order. Contact me immediately if there is an error.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, contact me within a 24-hr window. We DO NOT issue exchanges or refunds due to sanitary reasons. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! If for any reasons, there is an issue with your body care products do not hesitate to contact us via email help.ohbuttah@gmail.com.
